Who we are
A small team of senior engineers, working in the open.
Omnilytics is a software studio — a small group of senior engineers and designers who build product software for clients. We're a Delaware C-Corp, distributed across multiple time zones, with at least four hours of overlap with US business hours every day.
We started Omnilytics because we kept seeing the same pattern: product teams under pressure, deadlines that don't move, and the wrong people staffed to deliver the work. So we built a studio around the opposite: senior engineers only, written proposals, fixed scope, and a process that respects your time as much as ours.
We also build our own products on the side — proprietary tooling in document intelligence, identity verification, and fraud detection. That work is in private beta with select partners; what we learn there sharpens the work we deliver for clients.

The principles we use to decide what to build, what to fix, and what to refuse.
Senior engineers, no exceptions
Every engagement is staffed by engineers with at least seven years of production experience. We don’t train juniors on client work. We don’t pad teams with people who needed warming up.
Fixed scope, fixed fee
Proposals are written, not negotiated week-to-week. You know what we’ll deliver, when, and for how much, before we write a line of code. Change orders are written too — never a surprise invoice.
Code lives in your repo
We work in your repo, on your CI, with your code-review process. We disappear into your team, not the other way around. Handoff isn’t a phase — it’s how every commit lands.
Honest about trade-offs
We’ll tell you when a feature isn’t worth building, when a deadline isn’t real, when an architecture won’t scale. You hire us for the answer you’d give your own team.
Compliance
Security isn't a feature.
It's the foundation. Every byte we touch is encrypted, every action is logged, every region is yours to choose.
